For Fairfield and Southport areas:
the minimum delivery fee is $40.00.

For Easton, Trumbull and Westport areas:
the minimum delivery fee is $50.00.

Planting service is available for all trees and shrubs (ball & burlap or container).

Fees: Planting Fees are based on 50% of the total plant purchase cost, with a minimum charge of $50.00. Planting services do not include additional soil, compost, fertilizer or amendments unless purchased with your order. All fees must be paid prior to planting. These base prices are for the greater Fairfield Area (including Southport, Westport, Bridgeport, Easton). For other areas additional fees may apply.

Scheduling: Ganim's planting services are typically scheduled for weekdays only and will be done within 2 weeks of purchase, weather permitting.* The customer does not need to be home at time of planting, we will provide a stake for the customer to mark the area where plant(s) should be installed. If there is more than one item to be planted, multiple stakes may be given and labeled.
*Ganim's Garden Center and Florist may choose to reschedule delivery service due to inclement weather or other factors beyond our control.

Service Levels:
We offer three levels of design consultation service based on the size of your project, and your individual needs.

Silver Service: This is our basic design service and is free of charge. It includes a 20 minute in-store consultation with a designer who will work with you to create your design concept and choose suitable plants. You can submit information and images about your project in advance.

Gold Service: Our Gold Service allows you to submit information and images of your property in advance for our planting consultant to develop a plan prior to your meeting at the Garden Center. At your 40 minute consultation our planting consultant will review the planting concept which they have created for you, and make modifications based on your feedback. This level of service requires a $25.00 deposit, which should you choose to purchase your plants from us and/or use our installation services, will be credited back to you. This level also allows you to keep a copy of the planting concept.

Platinum Service: If your space is larger than 300 SF, or you would like a consultation at your home, your request will be forwarded to Austin Ganim Landscape Design, LLC. Please note additional consultation fees may apply.
